If you're staying in the Zihuatanejo area, you can easily walk to the Museo Arqueológico de la Costa Grande. Start at the main square (Plaza de Zihuatanejo), which is a central point in the town. From the square, head southeast towards the beach. Continue walking along P.º del Pescador (the Fisherman's Promenade). The museum is located directly on this promenade, at P.º del Pescador s/n, Centro, 40890 Zihuatanejo. Look for the entrance that is on your left. The museum is a short walk from the beach and is well-marked.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi to the Museo Arqueológico de la Costa Grande.
