Getting There

    If you are driving from Northern Mexico, take the main highway towards Tijuana and cross the border into the United States. Once you cross into San Diego, take I-5 S towards downtown San Diego. Follow I-5 S to exit 21 for CA-75 S toward Coronado. Continue on CA-75 S and take the exit for CA-209 W toward Point Loma. Follow the signs to Cabrillo National Monument, which is located at 1800 Cabrillo Memorial Dr, San Diego, CA 92106. Expect to pay around $20 for a vehicle entrance fee.

    From Tijuana, take the Tijuana-Tecate train to the San Diego train station. Once in San Diego, take the MTS trolley (Blue Line) from the Santa Fe Depot to the America Plaza Station.
