Getting There

Collectivo
From central Playa del Carmen, head to the closest collectivo station, which is located on Calle 2 Norte between Avenida 15 and 20. Look for the white vans marked 'Tulum' or 'Cenotes'. Get into one of these vans; the fare is typically around 20-30 pesos. Inform the driver that you want to go to Cenote Jardín Del Eden. The driver will drop you off at the entrance of the cenote, which is approximately a 15-20 minute ride.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Playa del Carmen. Start on Avenida 15 and head south toward Tulum. Continue on the highway (Carretera Federal 307), which is well-marked. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes, and you’ll pass through beautiful landscapes. Look for signs for Cenote Jardín Del Eden, which is located on the left side of the highway. There is a parking area where you can leave your bike.

Walking
Walking to Cenote Jardín Del Eden is not recommended due to the distance (approximately 10 km) and busy roads. However, if you are feeling adventurous, you can start walking south along Avenida 15 until you reach the highway. Then continue along the highway, making sure to stay safe and aware of traffic. It will take you over two hours to reach the cenote this way, and you will need to be cautious as there are no sidewalks. It is advisable to take a collectivo or bike instead.
