From anywhere in Playa del Carmen, head to the main highway (Carretera Federal 307). Look for a collectivo station, often marked with a sign indicating 'Collectivos' or 'Puerto Morelos.' Get into a collectivo heading towards Puerto Morelos. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. You will need to tell the driver to drop you off at 'Ruta de los Cenotes, KM 14.'
