Walking
If you are in the Zona Romantica area, head north along Calle Venustiano Carranza until you reach the intersection with Paseo Díaz Ordaz. Turn left onto Paseo Díaz Ordaz and continue walking straight. The Malecon will be directly ahead, along the waterfront. You will pass many shops and restaurants along the way, and it is a pleasant walk with beautiful views of the ocean.

From the Los Muertos Beach area, head north along the beach promenade (Malecon) until you reach the end of the beach. Continue walking along the promenade until you see the large 'Los Muertos Pier' structure. From there, continue along the Malecon pathway, which will lead you toward Paseo Díaz Ordaz, where the Malecon is located. Enjoy the art sculptures and ocean views as you stroll.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Locate a bus stop on the main avenue (Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio). You can catch a bus heading towards 'Centro' or 'Old Town.' Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you off at the Malecon or the nearest stop. From the bus stop, walk a few minutes to reach the Malecon located at Paseo Díaz Ordaz. The bus fare is inexpensive and a popular way to travel in the area.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Puerto Vallarta Malecon' or give them the address: Paseo Díaz Ordaz S/N, Centro, 48300 Puerto Vallarta.
