Once you reach the border, cross through the pedestrian bridge to enter the United States. After crossing, you can board the MTS Bus 8 or 9 at the bus stop near the border, which will take you to Old Town San Diego. Get off at the stop for San Diego Avenue and Twiggs St, and you will find the Old Town San Diego State Historic Park nearby.

You can take a taxi from any point in Tijuana to the San Ysidro border crossing. Once you arrive at the border, follow the pedestrian signs to cross into the United States. After crossing, you can catch a taxi or rideshare service to Old Town San Diego. Provide the address 'San Diego Avenue and Twiggs St, San Diego, CA 92110' to the driver. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes.
