Walking
If you are in downtown Tijuana, head to the main pedestrian boulevard, Avenida Revolución. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Calle 6. Turn right onto Calle 6 and continue walking until you reach the Tijuana Cultural Center (CECUT). From CECUT, take a left onto Paseo de los Héroes and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. This will lead you to the border crossing at San Ysidro. Cross the border into the United States, entering San Diego. Once in San Diego, follow the signs for public transportation or head to the nearest bus stop.

Public Transport
From downtown Tijuana, take the Tijuana Trolley (also known as the San Diego Trolley) at the San Ysidro border station. Ride the trolley to the Old Town Transit Center. From there, transfer to the Green Line trolley towards Santee. Get off at the Mission Valley station and catch a bus on Route 44 towards the University of San Diego (USD). The Immaculata Catholic Church is located on the USD campus at 5998 Alcala Park Way. It is a short walk from where the bus drops you off.
