To reach Father Marquette National Memorial from downtown Marquette, start at the Marquette Transit Authority bus stop on Washington Street. Take the Route 3 bus heading towards the Marquette Airport. Get off at the intersection of US-41 and Boulevard Drive. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Head south on Boulevard Drive, and follow the signs for the memorial which will be on your left.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Marquette. Start at the Marquette Commons and head south on Third Street. Follow the bike paths leading to the south part of the city. Continue on the bike path until you reach US-41, then turn left and ride towards Boulevard Drive. The memorial is a short ride down Boulevard Drive on your left.

Walking
If you are up for a walk, start at the Marquette Harbor Lighthouse. Head south along the waterfront trail until you reach the intersection of Lakeshore Boulevard and US-41. Cross US-41 carefully and continue walking south on Boulevard Drive. The memorial will be on your left after about a 30-minute walk.
