    If you are in downtown Traverse City, you can catch the BATA (Bay Area Transportation Authority) bus at the main transit hub located on the corner of E. Front St. and Woodmere Ave. Take the route that heads towards the Civic Center. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop for Civic Center Dr, and you will find the Grand Traverse County Civic Center just a short walk down Civic Center Dr.
