If you're traveling by car, start by heading to Highway 61. From any point in the Mississippi River area, navigate to Highway 61 North. Continue on Highway 61 until you reach Winona, MN. As you approach Winona, take the exit for MN-43 South. Follow MN-43 South for about 5 miles. Then, turn left onto Kipp Drive. Great River Bluffs State Park will be on your right at 43605 Kipp Dr, Winona, MN 55987. There is no entrance fee for the park, but parking is available.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus to Winona, which is serviced by Greyhound or other regional transit options. Once in Winona, you will need to use a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach Great River Bluffs State Park, as public transport does not directly service the park. Expect taxi fares to be around $15-20 for the ride from downtown Winona to the park.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to bike to the park, you can ride along the Mississippi River Trail. Start from downtown Winona and follow the trail heading south.
