As you approach Winona, take the exit for MN-43 South. Follow MN-43 South for about 5 miles. Then, turn left onto Kipp Drive. Great River Bluffs State Park will be on your right at 43605 Kipp Dr, Winona, MN 55987. There is no entrance fee for the park, but parking is available.
