As you approach St. Louis, merge onto I-270 N toward Chicago. Take exit 13B to merge onto US-67 S toward Alton. After about 6 miles, take the exit for MO-141 S. Continue on MO-141 S for about 5 miles, then take the exit for Ladue Rd. Take a left onto Ladue Rd, then turn right onto Creve Coeur Airport Rd.
