If you are traveling by car, start by getting on US-61 N from your location in Northeast Missouri. Follow US-61 N for about 50 miles until you reach St. Charles. Take the exit for I-70 E toward St. Louis. Merge onto I-70 E and continue for about 10 miles. Take exit 229 for MO-94 toward St. Charles. From there, turn left onto MO-94 E. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach S Main St. Turn left onto S Main St and continue for about 0.5 miles. The First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site will be on your right at 200 S Main St, St Charles, MO 63301.
