If you are starting from the St. Charles Historic District, head south on Main Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach 906 S Main St. The Headquarters of the Two Spanish Commandants will be on your left. Look for the historical marker outside the building.

If you are near the St. Charles City Bus Terminal, take the Bus Route 50 towards Elm and get off at the Main St & 5th St stop. From there, walk south on Main Street for about 3 blocks (approximately 0.3 miles). You will find the Headquarters of the Two Spanish Commandants at 906 S Main St on your left.
