Merge onto I-70 E and continue for approximately 100 miles. Take exit 39A for I-64 E towards Louisville. Continue on I-64 E for about 10 miles, then take exit 39B for I-170 N toward University City. Merge onto I-170 N and follow it for about 5 miles. Take the exit for Olive Blvd and turn right onto Olive Blvd. Continue straight until you reach Barrett Station Rd, then turn left. The National Museum of Transportation will be on your right at 2933 Barrett Station Rd, St. Louis, MO 63122.
