Walking
Start at the La Rousse area. Head south on Avenue d'Italie towards Boulevard du Larvotto. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Boulevard des Moulins. Turn left onto Boulevard des Moulins and continue for another 10 minutes. You will eventually arrive at Place Massena. From there, take the tram Line 1 towards 'Hôpital Pasteur' and get off at 'Jean Médecin' station. Walk for about 5 minutes towards Rue d'Italie, where the Basilique Notre-Dame de l’Assomption is located at number 2.

Begin at the nearest bus stop in La Rousse. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. This bus will take you directly to Nice in about 30 minutes. When you arrive at the 'Nice Riquier' stop, transfer to Tram Line 1 at the 'Riquier' tram station. Ride the tram towards 'Hôpital Pasteur' and disembark at the 'Jean Médecin' stop.
