From the center of La Rousse, head southeast on Avenue des Spélugues towards Avenue de la Costa. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Boulevard Louis II and walk along the promenade until you reach the border of Monaco. Continue walking along the coast, and you will enter France. Follow the signs to Menton. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will reach Place de l'Eglise, where the Basilique Saint-Michel Archange is located.

From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop on Avenue de la Costa, specifically the 'Monte Carlo' stop. Take bus number 100 towards Menton. The journey will take approximately 35 minutes. Get off at the 'Menton - Gare Routière' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Place de l'Eglise. Head southwest on Rue de la République, then turn left onto Rue de l'Ancien Casino. Continue straight until you arrive at Place de l'Eglise, where you will find the Basilique Saint-Michel Archange.

Walk to the Monte Carlo train station, which is about a 20-minute walk from La Rousse. Head down Avenue de la Costa towards the train station. Once at the station, take the train towards Ventimiglia. The journey to Menton will take approximately 10 minutes. When you arrive at Menton train station, exit and walk towards Avenue de la Gare. Continue on this road until you reach Rue de l'Ancien Casino, and then turn right. Walk straight until you reach Place de l'Eglise, home to the Basilique Saint-Michel Archange.
