From the center of La Rousse, head southwest on Avenue de la Costa. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Louis II. At the intersection, turn left onto Boulevard Louis II and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Avenue de la République. Continue walking on this avenue, which will transition into Avenue de la Victoire. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the Promenade des Anglais. From there, turn right and walk along the promenade until you see the signs for Quai des États-Unis, which is located near the beach in Nice.

From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenue de la Costa. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. The journey will take about 20-25 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Promenade des Anglais - Quai des États-Unis.' Once you disembark, walk towards the beach, and you will see Quai des États-Unis directly in front of you.
