Start at the Monte Carlo Casino, which is a well-known landmark in La Rousse. From there, head east on Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards Boulevard des Moulins. Turn left on Boulevard des Moulins and continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Once you arrive at the promenade, follow it south until it turns into Quai des États-Unis. Keep walking until you reach the Port of Monaco. From the port, take the bus number 100 towards Nice. Get off at the stop 'Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat' and walk to Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild located at 1 Av. Ephrussi de Rothschild, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue de la Costa. Take the bus number 100 towards Nice.
