Walking
From the center of Les Moneghetti, head south toward Avenue de la République. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la République. Turn left onto Boulevard de la République and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You'll pass by several shops and cafes. As you approach the coastline, continue straight onto Boulevard de la Croisette. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès will be on your right, just past the intersection with Rue des Réservoirs.

From the nearest bus stop in Les Moneghetti, take bus line 100 towards Nice. Ride for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Cannes - Gare SNCF' stop. From there, exit the bus and walk straight down Rue Jean Jaurès. Continue straight until you reach Boulevard de la Croisette. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes; the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès will be on your left.
