Start your journey from the Monte Carlo Casino. Exit the casino and head east on Avenue de Monte Carlo. Continue straight until you reach Boulevard des Moulins. Turn left onto Boulevard des Moulins and walk until you reach the roundabout. Take the exit towards Avenue de la Madone. Continue straight, and you will reach the train station, Gare de Monte-Carlo. From the station, take a train to Nice Ville station. Upon arriving at Nice Ville, exit the station and head towards Avenue Jean Médecin, which is the main shopping street in Nice. Walk down Avenue Jean Médecin until you reach Place Masséna. From there, head towards the Promenade des Anglais and follow it until you reach Quai Rauba Capeu.

From Monte Carlo, head to the nearest bus stop, Terminal 1, located near the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Take the Lignes d'Azurs bus number 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you directly along the coast and drop you off at the Promenade des Anglais. Once you get off, walk towards Quai Rauba Capeu. The Monument aux Morts de Rauba-Capeù is located on this quay, just a short walk from the bus stop.

Make your way to the Monte Carlo train station, Gare de Monte-Carlo. Purchase a ticket for the regional train to Nice Ville. The train ride is approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville, exit the station and head towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Walk straight down Avenue Jean Médecin until you reach Place Masséna. From there, walk towards the Promenade des Anglais. Follow the promenade until you reach Quai Rauba Capeu, where the Monument aux Morts de Rauba-Capeù is located.
