Walking
If you are starting from the heart of Saint Roman, head towards the main street, Boulevard d'Italie. Walk east along this boulevard until you reach the crossing with Avenue de la Madone. Turn left onto Avenue de la Madone and continue walking straight. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the border of Monaco. Continue to follow Avenue de la Madone as it turns into Via della Repubblica in Sanremo, Italy. Keep walking until you reach Piazzale Santuario Assunta. The Santuario Diocesano Nostra Signora Assunta will be on your right, just a short distance from the main square.

From Saint Roman, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenue de la Madone. Take the Line 1 bus towards Sanremo. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Sanremo - Piazzale Santuario Assunta' stop. From the bus stop, walk a few meters towards Piazzale Santuario Assunta, and you will find the Santuario Diocesano Nostra Signora Assunta directly in front of you.
