Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Apgar Visitor Center, exit the center and head east on the Trail of the Cedars. Continue on the trail, which will lead you to the park's visitor center. From there, follow the signs to the West Glacier area. Once you reach the main park road, turn right onto the road that leads to West Glacier. The Crown of the Continent Discovery Center is located at 12000 US-2, which is a short walk from the main road. Look for the large sign for the Discovery Center on your left.

Shuttle
If you are near the Glacier Park Lodge, you can take a shuttle service that operates between popular destinations in Glacier National Park. Check the shuttle schedule for the nearest pick-up times. Once on the shuttle, inform the driver that you are heading to the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center. The shuttle will drop you off at the nearest stop, which is a short walk from the Discovery Center at 12000 US-2.

Biking
For those who enjoy biking, you can rent a bike at the Apgar Village or any other bike rental location within the park. From Apgar, head east towards the main road. Once you reach the road, turn right and follow it along the scenic route to West Glacier. Keep an eye out for the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center sign as you approach 12000 US-2. Biking is a great way to enjoy the views along the way.
