From the center of Herceg Novi, head towards the main promenade along the coast. Walk south along the waterfront until you reach the bus station at the end of the promenade. From there, catch a bus to Dubrovnik, which typically takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Dubrovnik, exit the bus station and turn right onto Ul. od Rupa. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Ul. od Rupa 3, where the Ethnographic Museum 'Rupe' is located.

Start from the center of Herceg Novi and make your way to the main bus station. You can ask locals for directions to the station, which is usually a short walk. Purchase a ticket for a bus to Dubrovnik, which departs regularly. After about an hour's travel, get off at the Dubrovnik bus station. From there, head out of the bus station and walk right on Ul. od Rupa, continuing for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Ul. od Rupa 3, where the Ethnographic Museum 'Rupe' is situated.
