Starting from Herceg Novi's main promenade (Šetalište Pet Danica), head east towards the main square, Trg Garonja. Once you reach the square, take the road leading downhill towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the bus station (Autobuska stanica) in Igalo. From the bus station, you can take a local bus towards Kumbor. Buses are frequent, and the ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the Kumbor stop. From there, head towards the Unnamed Road (CHJJ+4GF) following the signs. The Former Submarine Tunnel will be a short walk from the bus stop.

From Herceg Novi, make your way to the main bus station (Autobuska stanica). Look for buses heading towards Kumbor. The bus journey usually takes about 20 minutes. After arriving in Kumbor, get off at the last stop. Upon exiting the bus, follow the signs towards the coast and take the path that leads to the Unnamed Road (CHJJ+4GF). The Former Submarine Tunnel is located a short distance from the bus stop, and you should be able to see signs directing you towards it.
