Look for the signs directing you to the Fort of St. Ivan (or San Giovanni). Turn onto the Rd to the Fort of St. Ivan. Continue on this road until you see the designated parking area for Kotor Bay Panorama. The panoramic viewpoint is a short walk from the parking area. Please note that parking may incur a small fee.

To reach Kotor Bay Panorama using public transportation, take a bus from Kotor to the nearby town of Špiljari. Buses run frequently, and the ticket should cost around 1-2 EUR. Once you arrive in Špiljari, follow the signs to the Fort of St. Ivan. The walk from the bus stop to the viewpoint is approximately 1 kilometer uphill, so wear comfortable shoes. You may also consider hiring a local taxi from the bus station for a quicker and easier route, which should cost around 5-10 EUR.
