Getting There

    From any location in New Bagan, head towards the main road (Nyaung U - Bagan Road). Walk along this road towards Old Bagan. It's approximately a 20-30 minute walk depending on your starting point. As you walk, keep an eye out for signs indicating 'Old Bagan'. Once you reach the junction leading into Old Bagan, continue straight until you see the entrance to Bagan Golden Palace on your left.

  • E-Bike Rental

    If you prefer a faster option, consider renting an electric bike (e-bike) from one of the many rental shops in New Bagan. The rental cost is typically around 8,000 - 10,000 MMK per day. After renting the e-bike, head towards the main road (Nyaung U - Bagan Road) and drive straight to Old Bagan. The trip will take around 10-15 minutes. Look for signs leading to Bagan Golden Palace, which will be on your left as you enter Old Bagan.
