If you are driving from the Golden Triangle area, head towards Mae Sai. Take Route 1 (also known as the Asian Highway 1) heading north. After about 30 kilometers, you will reach Mae Sai. Once in Mae Sai, continue to follow signs for Doi Pha Mi, which is located in Wiang Phang Kham. From Mae Sai, take the local road 239 (Soi Pa Yang 8) leading into Wiang Phang Kham. Doi Pha Mi is about 10 kilometers from Mae Sai town center.

To reach Doi Pha Mi via public transport, start at the Mae Sai bus terminal. There are local songthaews (shared taxis) that run from Mae Sai to Wiang Phang Kham. The fare is typically around 30-50 THB (Thai Baht) per person. Once you arrive in Wiang Phang Kham, ask the driver to drop you off at Soi Pa Yang 8. From there, Doi Pha Mi is a short walk (approximately 1 kilometer). If you need further assistance, locals are usually friendly and can guide you.

For a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from Mae Sai to Doi Pha Mi. The journey is about 10 kilometers and will cost approximately 200-300 THB, depending on negotiation and time of day.
