Continue on this road for approximately 5 km until you reach the pagoda. Parking is available near the entrance.

To reach Dhammayazaka Pagoda via public transportation, first take a local bus from Magway city to Thuntekan. Buses frequently depart from the main bus station in Magway and the fare is around 1,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyat). The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Thuntekan, you can either walk to the pagoda (approximately 2 km) or hire a trishaw for about 500 MMK to take you directly to the pagoda entrance.
