After about 1 mile, you will see a sign directing you to the Grand Island Historical Marker, which is located on the outskirts of Doniphan. Keep walking for approximately 0.5 miles, and the marker will be on your right near the intersection with NE-34.

Head east on North Rd, then turn left onto S Locust St. Continue on S Locust St until you reach the intersection with W 2nd St. Turn right onto W 2nd St and follow it until you reach Diers Ave. Turn left on Diers Ave and keep biking straight for about 2 miles. You will see signs for the Grand Island Historical Marker as you approach Doniphan. The marker is located on your right side.
