Once you arrive in Namche Bazaar, you cannot drive any further as the roads become trekking paths. You will have to park your vehicle and continue your journey on foot.

    For public transportation, take a bus or jeep from Kathmandu to Jiri or Lukla. The bus journey from Kathmandu to Jiri takes around 8-10 hours, while a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla is about 30-40 minutes. From Jiri, you will need to trek for several days to reach Lukla. From Lukla, you can start your trek towards Everest Base Camp, which usually takes about 10-12 days, with stops in Namche Bazaar and other villages along the way.

    Once you reach Lukla, you will begin your trek to Everest Base Camp. The first major stop is Phakding, which is about a 3-4 hour trek from Lukla. From Phakding, you will continue to Namche Bazaar, which takes approximately 5-6 hours.
