Getting There

Walking
From the Thamel area, head south on the main road towards the Ratna Park. Continue walking towards the Durbar Square, passing local shops and eateries. Once you reach the square, take the road leading southeast until you hit the Bagmati River. Cross the river using the nearest bridge. After crossing, follow the path along the riverbank until you reach the Imadol area. Look for signs directing you to Mahalaxmi. The Kathmandu Valley is nearby, so keep walking until you arrive at Mahalaxmi 44600.
