Walking
If you are in Thamel, a popular tourist area, head east on Tridevi Marg until you reach the intersection with Chaksibari Marg. Turn left onto Chaksibari Marg and continue straight until you reach the large square known as Basantapur Durbar Square. From there, walk south towards Layaku Marg. Nasal Chowk is located at P834+MXP, Layaku Marg, just a short distance from the square. Look for the entrance marked by traditional architecture.
Walking
From Kathmandu Durbar Square, exit through the main gate and walk towards the east side of the square. Once you are in front of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace Museum, turn left and walk along the southern edge of the square. Continue along the path until you reach Layaku Marg. Nasal Chowk will be on your right, identifiable by its historical features.
Walking
If you are at Swayambhunath (the Monkey Temple), start by heading down the steps towards the main road. Once at the road, you can either take a taxi to Thamel or catch a local bus to Basantapur. From Basantapur, follow the directions above to reach Nasal Chowk.
