Walking
If you are in the Thamel area, start by heading south on the main road towards Tridevi Marg. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Kantipath. Turn left onto Kantipath and walk for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Ratna Park area. From Ratna Park, continue straight onto Bhaktapur Road until you see the signs for Nagpokhari Marg. Take a right turn onto Nagpokhari Marg, and you will find Naag Pokhari on your left after a short walk.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Thamel and catch a bus heading to New Bus Park. Once you arrive at New Bus Park, you can take a local bus or a microbus heading towards Hattisar. Get off at the Hattisar stop. From there, walk north on Nagpokhari Marg, and Naag Pokhari will be a few minutes' walk ahead on your left.
