If you're driving from Kathmandu, head west on the Prithvi Highway. Follow the signs for Chandragiri. After approximately 7 km, take the left turn toward Chandragiri. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you reach the Chandragiri Cable Car station. Park your car at the designated parking area. The zipline is a short walk from the cable car station.

To reach Chandragiri Zipline via public transportation, take a bus from Kathmandu to Thankot. Buses leave from various points in Kathmandu, including Ratna Park and Balaju. The fare is typically around NPR 40-60. Once you arrive in Thankot, you can either walk to the Chandragiri Cable Car station, which is about 3 km away (approximately a 30-minute walk), or hire a local taxi for around NPR 300-500 to take you directly there.

If you prefer a more direct option, you can hire a taxi from Kathmandu to Chandragiri. The journey will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost between NPR 1500-2000. The taxi can drop you off at the Chandragiri Cable Car station, from where it’s a short walk to the zipline.

Once you arrive at the Chandragiri Cable Car station, purchase your ticket for the cable car ride to the top of Chandragiri Hill. The round-trip fare is approximately NPR 600 for adults and NPR 400 for children. Enjoy the scenic views during the ride, which takes about 10-15 minutes. Upon reaching the top, follow the signs to the zipline area, which is a short walk from the cable car exit.
