Car
From any point in Mid-Hills, head towards Kathmandu, specifically to the Swayambhu area. The most straightforward route is to drive along the Prithvi Highway, and then take the ring road towards Swayambhu. Look for the signs directing you to Swayambhunath Stupa, which is a well-known landmark. Once you reach the Swayambhu Stupa, you will find the Maha Manjushree Temple located just behind it. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay a small fee (around NPR 50-100) for parking.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, take a local bus from your location in Mid-Hills heading towards Kathmandu. Many buses will take you to the Ratna Park area in Kathmandu. From Ratna Park, you can catch a microbus or a taxi to Swayambhu. The fare for the bus is usually NPR 30-50, and for the taxi, it could range from NPR 200-400 depending on traffic. Once you reach Swayambhu, the Maha Manjushree Temple is just a short walk behind the Swayambhu Stupa.

Walking
If you are already in the Swayambhu area, you can easily walk to the Maha Manjushree Temple. Simply head towards the Swayambhunath Stupa, and then take the path that leads behind the hill where the stupa is located. The temple is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the stupa. Be prepared for some uphill walking as the area is hilly.
