From the center of Namche Bazaar, head towards the Namche Bazaar entrance gate. You will see a sign indicating the route to Everest Base Camp. Follow the main trail, which leads you through the village and up towards the Everest View Hotel. The trail will continue to ascend with some steep sections and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. After about 1-2 hours of walking, you will reach the viewpoint at Everest View Hotel, where you can take a break and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Continue on the trail from the Everest View Hotel. The path will take you through beautiful forests and terraced fields. Look for signs indicating the direction towards Tengboche. The trek will lead you downhill and then back uphill towards Tengboche Monastery, which is a significant landmark on the trek. This section may take about 2-3 hours depending on your pace.

After visiting Tengboche Monastery, continue your trek towards Dingboche. The path will lead you downhill through the forest and then over a suspension bridge. Once you cross the bridge, the trail will become steeper as you approach Dingboche. You can expect this segment to take about 3-4 hours. Make sure to take breaks as needed and stay hydrated.

From Dingboche, continue your ascent by following the trail towards Lobuche. This part of the trek is more challenging, with rocky terrain and high altitude. It's essential to acclimatize properly.
