But the real highlight of this trip was my guide, Padam. His knowledge of the trail, the mountains, and the local culture was outstanding, and he made sure I felt safe and well taken care of every single day, especially as we gained altitude. Beyond his professionalism, what truly stayed with me was his warmth and hospitality — by the end of the trek, he felt less like a guide and more like family.
