Getting There

Most trekkers start their journey from Nayapul, which is about 1-1.5 hours away by local bus or shared jeep. Take a local bus from the Tourist Bus Park in Lakeside to Nayapul. Once you reach Nayapul, follow the signs for the Annapurna Trekking trail. You'll pass through beautiful villages and lush landscapes. Make sure to register at the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) office in Nayapul before starting your trek.

  • Local Bus

    From the Lakeside area in Pokhara, walk to the Tourist Bus Park and look for local buses heading towards Nayapul. The fare is generally inexpensive, around 100 NPR, and the journey takes about 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Nayapul, you can start your trek to the Annapurna Conservation Area.
