From Bhadrapur, continue towards Mechinagar, then follow the signs towards Kakarbhitta. Once you reach Kakarbhitta, continue towards the border and proceed to Phaplu. From Phaplu, take the road to Salleri and then to Khumjung. The approximate distance is about 250 km, and the journey may take around 10-12 hours depending on road conditions. Note that you may need to hire a local jeep for the last leg of the journey from Salleri to Khumjung, which could cost around NPR 3000-5000.
