If you are traveling by car, head towards the village of Beding, which is the main starting point for the Rolwaling trek. From Kathmandu, take the Bhotekoshi Highway heading towards Barabise. The drive will take approximately 6 to 7 hours, depending on traffic conditions. Once you reach Barabise, continue on the road towards Dolakha, then take a left turn towards Beding. The road is mostly unpaved, so be prepared for rough conditions. Upon arrival in Beding, you will find the camping place located at the coordinates W92G+VPJ.

To reach Beding via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Kathmandu to Barabise. Buses leave regularly from the New Bus Park in Kathmandu and the journey takes around 4 to 5 hours, costing approximately NPR 500 to NPR 800. Once in Barabise, you can catch a local jeep or a shared taxi that goes to Beding. The jeep ride may take an additional 2 to 3 hours, and costs around NPR 300 to NPR 500. After arriving in Beding, follow the path towards the camping area located at W92G+VPJ.
