    From the central train station in Amersfoort, head west towards the main road, Stationsplein. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Westsingel. Turn left onto Westsingel and follow it until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Leusderweg. Continue on Leusderweg until you reach the next roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Leusderweg. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will come to Amersfoort's city center. Keep an eye out for directional signs that will lead you to the bus station, which is located on the eastern side of the square. Once there, take a bus to Amsterdam, as there are no direct trains from Amersfoort to Amsterdam. Check the bus schedule for the next departure.

    From Amersfoort central station, take a train towards Amsterdam Central Station. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central, exit the train station and follow the signs to the tram station. Board tram line 4 or 14 towards the direction of 'Oude Turfmarkt'. Get off at the stop named 'Spui'. From there, walk south for about 5-10 minutes along the Spui street until you reach Oude Turfmarkt 127-129, where the Allard Pierson Museum of Antiquities is located.
