Stay on N9 for approximately 35 km. Once you reach Amsterdam, follow signs for the A10 ring road and take exit 14 toward S112. Continue on S112 until you reach the center of Amsterdam. Follow signs to the city center, and you will find a parking garage nearby. Once parked, walk towards Stromarkt 1, which is just a few minutes away.
