If you are in the city center of Haarlem, head towards the Grote Markt square. From the main shopping street, Barteljorisstraat, walk straight until you reach the square. You will see the large church, the Grote Kerk, on one side. Town Hall Haarlem is located directly opposite the church at Grote Markt 2. The building is quite prominent and hard to miss.
