If you're traveling by car from Zaanse Schans to De Krijtberg in Amsterdam, start by heading southeast on Zaanse Schans' main road towards the A8. Merge onto the A8 and continue for about 10 kilometers, then take the exit for A10 towards Amsterdam. Follow signs for A10 and then take exit 2 towards S100. Continue on S100 until you reach the center of Amsterdam. Use your GPS to navigate to Singel 446, 1017 AV Amsterdam. Parking is limited in the area, so consider using a parking garage nearby, which may incur additional costs.

To reach De Krijtberg using public transportation, start at the Zaanse Schans bus stop. Take bus 391 towards Amsterdam Sloterdijk. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. From there, transfer to the train heading to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Once at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and walk towards the Dam Square. From the Dam, head southeast on Damstraat, then turn left onto Singel. Continue along Singel until you reach De Krijtberg at Singel 446. The entire journey will take about 1 hour and may require a ticket costing around €10-€15 for the bus and train combined.
