You can catch Route 1 (Virginia Line) at the stop on S Virginia St (for example, at the intersection with W 4th St). Stay on the bus for about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic, and get off at the 'Liberty St & S Virginia St' stop. From there, walk west on W Liberty St for two blocks and the museum will be on your right at 160 W Liberty St. Note that bus fares are approximately $2 per ride.
