Walking
From the center of Exeter, head southeast on Water Street toward Front Street. Continue straight onto Epping Road (NH-27) and follow it for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn right onto Route 1 and continue for about 2 miles. You will then take a slight left onto Wentworth Road. The Coast Guard Station Portsmouth Harbor will be on your left at 25 Wentworth Rd, New Castle, NH 03854.

Public Transportation (Bus)
Start at the Exeter Town Hall and walk to the nearest bus stop on Water Street. Take the C&J Bus Lines Route 6 towards Portsmouth. After about 20 minutes, get off at the New Castle stop. From there, walk along Wentworth Road for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Coast Guard Station Portsmouth Harbor located at 25 Wentworth Rd, New Castle, NH 03854.
