From Portsmouth, NH, take I-95 South towards Boston. Merge onto US-1 South via Exit 2 toward Newburyport/Salem. Continue on US-1 South for approximately 17 miles. Take the exit toward MA-114 East/Salem. Merge onto MA-114 East and continue for about 2 miles. Follow signs for Salem and continue onto Lafayette Street. Turn left onto Wharf Street, and you will find Chambers of Terror at 59 Wharf St, Salem, MA 01970.

From Portsmouth, NH, take the COAST bus Route 7 towards Newburyport. Transfer at the Newburyport MBTA Station to the MBTA train (the Downeaster) heading towards Boston. Get off at the Salem Station. From Salem Station, you can catch the local bus (Route 450) which goes to the downtown area. Get off at the stop closest to Wharf Street, then walk to 59 Wharf St, which is a short distance away.
