Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards 8th Avenue. From there, head north on 8th Avenue until you reach 56th Street. Turn left onto 56th Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Bike Tours Central Park will be on your right.
