The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Upon arrival at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway — look for the 'S' for Shuttle or the 7 train. Take the Shuttle to Times Square-42nd Street station.
Subway
From Times Square-42nd Street, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines at the same station. Take the 1 train downtown (towards South Ferry) or the 2/3 trains downtown (towards Brooklyn). Get off at the 59th Street-Columbus Circle station. From there, you'll walk towards the southwest for about 5 minutes to reach Carnegie Hall at 57th Street and 7th Ave.
