From the terminal, walk to 8th Avenue and catch the subway (A, C, or E line) downtown to Canal Street station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Canal Street towards Eldridge Street. Turn left on Eldridge Street, and you'll find the Museum at Eldridge Street at 12 Eldridge St.

From Paterson, make your way to the Paterson train station. Board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line or the Raritan Valley Line heading towards New York Penn Station.
